青島海洋科學(xué)與技術(shù)國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要依托于：中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)、國(guó)家海洋局一海洋研究所、中國(guó)科學(xué)院海洋研究所、農(nóng)業(yè)部水科院黃海水產(chǎn)研究所、國(guó)土資源部青島海洋地質(zhì)研究所等五家單位共建。該地源熱泵中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目位于山東省即墨市鰲山衛(wèi)，總建筑面積約為14000平米，其中空調(diào)面積總共9700平方米，占總面積的70%。

該項(xiàng)目采用的地埋管形式的地源熱泵中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)，工程計(jì)算冷負(fù)荷為880kw，熱負(fù)荷總計(jì)為700kw。冷負(fù)荷的定義是維持室內(nèi)空氣熱濕參數(shù)在一定要求范圍內(nèi)時(shí)，在時(shí)間單位內(nèi)需要從室內(nèi)出去的熱量，包括顯熱量和潛熱量?jī)刹糠?。熱?fù)荷的定義為在冬季某一室外溫度下，為達(dá)到要求的室內(nèi)溫度，供熱系統(tǒng)在單位時(shí)間內(nèi)向建筑物供給的熱量。該實(shí)驗(yàn)室綜合樓項(xiàng)目總計(jì)選取了兩臺(tái)機(jī)組為整個(gè)項(xiàng)目供暖制冷。該項(xiàng)目為交鑰匙工程，在項(xiàng)目建造施工完成后，經(jīng)沃富新能源公司調(diào)試試運(yùn)行后，順利交付甲方。該項(xiàng)目總計(jì)地埋空數(shù)量為110孔，采用PE地源熱泵管材雙U行布置，有效孔深為100M。
